 Patience! Patience! Patience!

My other half and I started our real estate investment business on August 25, 2015.  It is now 1-9-2021 and I am now seeing the fruits of my efforts in being patience.  2 properties and 5 tenants later, we are now able to have a lender to support our request to fund our properties and be able to take cash out and still own the properties.

I'll tell you how we did this over the next few weeks.  Thank you.

 Being a landlord has had its challenges this year.  I must say though that I was very fortune to have paying rents 80% of the year.

May 2021 be a better year for all of us.

 I hope all of you are safe and well during this trying time.  TCAP is still working to find properties and keep tenants in the properties.
